How far in advance should I book items for my event?

We recommend booking your items as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
How do I place a rental order?

Placing a rental order is easy! Simply browse our selection of quality party equipment, choose the items you would like to rent, select the desired rental duration, and checkout. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so up to 24 hours prior to the start of your rental period. If you cancel within 24 hours of your rental period, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We can also take cash at the time of delivery.
Can I make changes to my rental order once it has been placed?

Of course! We understand that event plans may change. You can make changes to your rental order up until a certain point before your event. Contact our team, and we will assist you in updating your order accordingly.
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
